MATERIALS AND WORK
We maintain over 1500 frame corner samples which are constantly updated for th latest sizes, finishes and styles. As an independent shop, we are able to provide great wood (sorry no plastics)mouldings from the best suppliers including Turner, Larson Juhl, AMPF, Roma ,M&S, Monarch, Roanoke, Decor, and Omega.
When metal framing is appropriate, we turn to Neilsen and National as two of the best.
We use acid free Alpha and rag mats from Bainbridge and Crescent; UV protected clear , anti-reflective and museum glass from Trueview and other materials required for acid free framing.
Workmanship is based on current state-of-the-art methods and techniques generally used to do acid free framing, i. e., framing that protects and does not harm or prevent recovery of the art work. The customer is advised when this can not be fully achieved
